The dv6 is the 16-inch little brother
of the 17-inch dv7 from HP. They didn't cheap out on the features
because its smaller either. This laptop still comes with a Intel Core
2 Duo processor, ATI Radeon graphics, a Blu-ray player, 4GB of RAM
and a 500GB hard drive. The laptop is still under $1000 with all
those features.
The price of the dv6-1253cl is $949 a
little high but your getting one heck of a computer here. This laptop
is for entertainment and for regular use. The dv6 has only one
problem is the 6 cell battery that only gives you two hours and 15
minutes of battery life.

My Rating
The dv6-1253cl is a true all purpose laptop you can watch a movie or do some work this laptop can handle it. The only thing I found to be a problem is the battery life it lasts only 2hrs and 15minutes, there also is no blue tooth but that's not as big a problem as the battery life.
This laptop is great for people who are looking for something to work and play on. Just don't plan on taking it out for too long due too the weak 6-cell battery. I give this laptop computer 3.5 out of 5 stars.
