ASUS Releases P52 Series Business Laptops In Europe

To keep things in balance after the Europe release of B53 Series laptops, ASUS has also launched new P52 business notebook computers. There are four new models to be exact and their model numbers are P52F-SO006X, P52JC-SO009X, P52F-SO017X and P52JC-SO012X. all the models are in the same 15.6″ form factor and feature Intel Calpella platform processors.

The new ASUS P52 laptops feature 15.6″ LED back-lit displays with 1366×768 pixel resolution. The laptops also feature Intel’s Anti-Theft Technology, spill-resistant keyboards, as well as multi-gesture touch pads. The notebooks come with 0.3MP webcams, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth, a 4-in-1 card reader, D-Sub and HDMI outputs, Altect Lansing speakers, an 8x DVD writer and a 6-cell (4400 mAh) battery.

The differences between the notebooks lie in the processor and graphics cards. The P52F-SO006X and P52JC-SO009X come with the Intel Core i3-370M processor. The P52F-SO017X and the P52JC-SO012X come with the Intel Core i5-450M processor. For graphics the P52F notebooks get the Intel GMA HD graphics while the P52JC get Nvidia GeForce G310M 1GB dedicated graphics cards with Nvidia Optimus Technology for hybrid-graphics.

The P52F-SO006X (€749), the P52JC-SO009X (€809), the P52F-SO017X (€879) and the P52JC-SO012X (€939) are each available right now to European customers, just do a Google search for the model numbers and you’ll find multiple places offering the notebooks.
