Speedy MAINGEAR Gaming Laptop Launched With 3D 17-inch Display

If you are a big fan of 3D entertainment this is a great time for you, all sorts of electronics with 3D integrated into their function are being released left and right. One of the major electronics divisions to see a lot of growth in selection of 3D equipped products has been computers, and specifically laptop computers.
Earlier today we already introduced you to a 3D gaming laptop from Toshiba that will be coming soon and now we’d like to tell you about a new gaming laptop from MAINGEAR that has been launched into the marketplace with 3D. The name for the new model from them is ‘MAINGEAR eX-L 17 3D’ and it is an updated version of the MAINGEAR eX-L 17 that was launched late last year without 3D.
The eX-L 17 3D, as the name implies, offers up a 17.3-inch display that supports 3D content playback. MAINGEAR has given the display (a 1080p Full HD LED back-lit display) a refresh rate of 120Hz and they used an LED back-lit panel too. You will get a pair of NVIDIA 3D Vision active shutter glasses when you buy a eX-L 17 3D, which comes with a 2GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 485M dedicated GPU.
Inside the eX-L 17 3D you will be able to configure all the major components like the CPU, RAM, storage (dual storage available), optical drive, Wireless network adapters and more.
The MAINGEAR eX-L 17 3D can be configured with a 2.50 GHz Intel Core i7-2920XM Extreme Edition quad-core processor that can come factory overclocked to 4.5 GHz if you wish. On the base $2,659 model you get the 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5-2520M dual-core processor.
