Acer Is Now Shipping An Affordable 11-inch AMD Fusion Laptop To Europe

Shipments of Acer’s 11.6-inch Aspire One 722 laptop have been flowing into Europe according to a new report by TCMagazine. The AO722, shorthand name, is retailing for €349 where available and buyers will have the choice of either Espresso Black, Aquamarine Blue or Red water-drop styled cases –the plastic lid has a rippling effect that resembles a water-drop into still water.
Inside the affordable Acer Aspire One 722 you can hope to find the 1.5 GHz AMD C-50 dua-core APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) with AMD Radeon HD 6250 discrete-class integrated graphics (DirectX 11 supported). The laptop priced at €349 also comes with a 320GB hard drive, 2GB of RAM, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, HDMI output and up to 7 hours of charger-free mobile computing.
If you live in the US this laptop still hasn’t shipped to your shores on a massive scale yet but a few online retailers do have limited units in-stock and ready for sale.
