Acer adds another 15.6-inch laptop with Intel insides for Europe, Aspire 5755 Style!

The Acer Aspire 5755 is your typical Acer laptop in terms of styling.
The Acer Aspire 5755 has made it’s way into the European laptop market after a short stint of exclusivity in the UK. Acer has priced their newest 15.6-inch for Europe at an affordable €599 (without VAT) and they offer Golden Brown, Diamond Black, Ruby Red and Deep Blue color options, reports TCMagazine. The 5755 in Europe is named ‘Acer Aspire 5755 Style!’ unlike in the UK where the laptop doesn’t feature the odd “Style!” branding.
Features wise the Acer Aspire 5755 is your typical 15.6-inch Acer laptop for 2011, and in many way’s it your typical 15.6-inch laptop at this time in general.
The Aspire 5755 like many other Acer’s before it features plenty of configuration options in processors, hard drives, RAM and other areas. For this model Acer has included processors from the 2nd Gen. Intel Sandy Bridge family of processors that reside in the Core i3, i5 and i7 sub-families. As for RAM and storage the Aspire 5755 is capable of having up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM and up to 1TB of hard disk drive storage. Now for graphics Acer will provide a discrete option in the NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M 2GB graphics card. Other misc. things that can be configured into the Aspire 5755 include Bluetooth 3.0 and a Blu-ray player.
Some set specifications include a 15.6-inch (1366 x 768) LED-backlit display, a FineTip chiclet keyboard, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, a multi-in-1 card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Intel WiDi, and a Li-Ion battery. Acer pre-installs Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit into each Acer Aspire 5755 laptop too.
