Dell XPS 14z aluminum laptop w/ Core i5, 6GB DDR3, 500GB HDD for $849.99

Dell’s premium 14-inch notebook the XPS 14z is available now for just $849.99 through Staples.com. The notebook was released only last month, but already you can save some bucks off the $999 MSRP that Dell lists on their website by picking the notebook up pre-configured from retailers like Staples.
The model available at Staples is named Dell XPS 14z-2308ELS and it features some really nice tech. specifications for the price. However when you look at the specifications you will note the absence of any discrete graphics, that’s because for the XPS 14z you have to configure discrete graphics from the Dell.com website –Dell currently offers the NVIDIA GeForce GT520M 1GB GPU, a lower-end discrete GPU.
Something else you should remember when looking at the Dell XPS 14z-2308ELS specifications below is that with this laptop Dell has managed to squeeze a 14″ display into a 13″ laptop body, creating the thinnest fully featured 14″ laptop.
