MSI announces the launch of their GTX 580M equipped 17.3″ gaming notebooks

MSI has announced the release of the MSI GT783 and MSI GT783R gaming notebooks, the two are practically the same except for the storage options. The MSI GT783R is the cheapest model and it comes with dual 750GB HDDs in RAID 0, the MSI GT783 is more expensive and it features a 128GB SSD and a 750GB HDD. Retailers and MSI say the MSRP for the GT783R is $2,299.99 and the GT783 is $ starts at $2,499.99.
You can order the $2,499.99 MSI GT783 from Newegg.com where the notebook is listed under model number MSI GT783-625US. Now the MSI GT783R is only available for pre-orders online from what I can see, if you’re okay with that you can place a pre-order throughExcaliberPC.com or J&R.com for the $2,299.99 MSI GT783R-658US.
